  • The Product Value Notification Pattern is part of the maintenance, repair and upgrade stage of the customer experience.

    The customer receives a notification on the home screen of his smartphone that asks him to take action to preserve the value of his product.

    This can be based on simulated or sensor data. If he does not feel like taking action, he is reminded of the drop in value of his product that he risks.

    If he chooses to take action, there are two options for self service and two options for a professional service to keep the product on the best value curve.

    By choosing one of the self service options, the customer proceeds to a maintenance tutorial.

  • Nobody likes to do maintenance, so it needs to be triggered and made relevant to customers in the right channel in the right moment.

  • Frequent maintenance extends the life cycle of products.
