  The Visibility Patterns are behavioral design patterns that are used in several patterns across all stages of the customer experience.

  The Notification Pattern uses simple push notifications to the home screen of the customer to inform him about necessary actions he needs to take. This can be a simple text message or, like in this example, a bit more fun and teasing, depending on the brand and target group.

  A lot of new tasks of customers in the circular economy are not yet part of their routine.

• Circular benefits

  By weaving alerts and notifications for maintenance and other tasks in the daily digital routine of customers, they are more likely to act on them, keep their products in good conditions or return them to the cycle.
