  • The Upcycling Pattern is part of the upcycle and recycle stage of the customer experience.

At the end of life of his product, the customer looks up the options for upcycling and refurbishing.

After choosing the upcycling option, he can browse inspirational examples of what he can do with his product himself. These examples would be curated from the many available tutorials on the web.

He can also go for a list of professional upcycling services. He can filter it to find a local offer and proceed to the upcycling provider.

  • Customers do not know how to upcycle products or get access to professional upcycling services.

  • At the end of life, upcycling is a good option to keep products and their components in use.
