• Pattern description

  The „Product Import“ patterns are part of the purchase stage of the customer experience.

  With the Online Purchase Pattern, the customer can save a product that he bought online to his private cabinet, just like he can save travel tickets to a digital wallet.

  As this is new to him, he can learn more about the advantages of storing product data in the cabinet, like access to the digital product passport and of course circular services. The concept of the cabinet is explored deeper in the extended use section of this library.
