• Pattern description

  The „Product Import“ patterns are part of the purchase stage of the customer experience.

  An option for online and offline purchases is the QR Code Packaging pattern. The customer can scan a QR Code on the packaging or manual to access the digital twin of his product and save it to his cabinet, just like he can save travel tickets to a digital wallet.

  The concept of the cabinet is explored deeper in the extended use section of this library.

  This will have a lower conversion rate than importing products right after purchase, as only few customers read that kind of instructions on packaging and in manuals.
