• Pattern description

  The Circular Mode Patterns are part of the extended use stage of the customer experience.

  In the settings of his product, the customer can set his product to circular mode. As this is a new concept to him, he can look up the explanation.

  After enabling circular mode for his product, he can learn more about certain services. When he disables services, he is once more informed about their benefits.

  Once he is happy with his settings, he returns to the settings overview.

  Circularity has a lot of stages and new tasks for the customer. They should be easily accessible and managed from one single setting.

  By setting a product to circular mode, the customer can be coached through all stages of circularity until the end-of-life of the product.
